Zenviron secures Balance of Plant Works for the Latrobe Valley BESS Project

Zenviron will support the Latrobe Valley BESS Project as the Balance of Plant Contractor with its build of the second big battery in Victorian coal country to deliver the 100MW, two-hour Latrobe Valley battery energy storage system (BESS), being awarded the Balance of Plant Contract on 20th of October 2023.

Delivery of the 100MW/200MWh Latrobe Valley BESS south of Morwell is underway, with construction slated to start in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Our CEO Carl Keating, made the announcement, stating "Zenviron are excited to support a project that will be critical to strengthening the Victorian renewable energy grid”.
