Zenviron Joins the United Nations Global Compact Initiative

It’s extremely important to us as people and as a company to take on the responsibility of custodians for the world we leave future generations. Our sustainability and renewable energy focus is a big part of that, but we also take it a step further by including our pledge to pledge dedication to human rights. 

At Zenviron we strengthen this commitment to responsible business and sustainability with our participation in the United Nations Global Compact, active as of August 2021.

Of course, we adhere to the 10 Principles of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption outlined by the UN as a matter of course; being a law abiding company in our country. But it’s more than that, this pledge extends our promise through the companies we deal with, who manufactures materials, who we deal with… There is no turning a blind eye to bad practices in the name of convenience. 

Our participation means that Zenviron and every affiliated partner:

• Act responsibly by supporting the 10 Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption and find opportunities to support the Sustainable Development Goals.

• Commit to making the United Nations Global Compact and its principles part  of our strategy, culture and day-to-day operations.

• Engage in collaborative projects which advance the broader development goals of the United Nations, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals

Zenviron is excited to be a part of the United Nations Global Compact Initiative, and have integrated it into the fabric of the company today, and every future decision made for tomorrow.
