Health and Safety outlook for 2022

Every year, but particularly this year with such exciting innovations on the horizon, Zenviron is committed in 2022 to continuing our strong safety performance; over two million labour hours now registered without a lost time injury.

As part of our Health and Safety Strategy, in 2021 we launched an employee safety culture survey, and are excited about targeting new initiatives to continuously improve our safety culture over time.

With this, our specific and significant focus is on the simplification and accessibility of our integrated HSEQ management systems, and digitising our mobile plant onboarding processes.

Our commitment to sustainability is stronger than ever, and through participation in the UN Global Compact and its Ambition Accelerator Program, we are integrating sustainability planning into our onsite operations to minimise our construction impacts and enhance local and regional community outcomes.

Consistent with our core values, we encourage our people to speak up and disclose misconduct, and in 2022 our focus will be on establishing a confidential, secure and independent channel for reporting misconduct – without fear of victimisation or negative treatment.

We know that our people are the greatest contributors to our success, and are focussed on continuously developing and motivating our workforce. We provide opportunities for ongoing career development and training, and strive to attract and retain the best people to support and share in our success.
